Policies
Our cancellation policy, privacy policy and terms of service for customer bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, may still be charged since the slot likely couldn't be filled.
To cancel or change a booking, call 07777 781053 or email mktransferslvp@gmail.com as early as you can.
Privacy Policy
MK Airport Transfers ("we", "us") collects the following information when you make a booking: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel date and time, number of passengers, luggage details, and flight information where relevant.
This information is used only to provide your transfer service — to contact you about your booking, confirm or decline it, and arrange the journey. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (our database provider) and emails are sent using Resend (our email provider). Both are data processors acting on our instructions.
We keep booking records for as long as reasonably necessary for business and accounting purposes, and then delete them.
You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Contact mktransferslvp@gmail.com for any of these requests.
This site only uses strictly necessary technical data to operate the booking form — no advertising or analytics cookies are used.
Terms of Service
Submitting a booking through this website is a request, not a guaranteed booking. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
Prices are agreed directly and paid to the driver; this website does not process payments.
Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change a booking. Late cancellations and no-shows may still affect future bookings with us.
We aim to provide a punctual, reliable service but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (traffic, weather, flight delays, etc.).
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
